Hourly Rates
If there is to be a rehearsal, my attendance is an option if you want to make sure your vision comes to life exactly as imagined.
Rate per event hour: $300
Additional Costs
If your event is not within a one hour drive of the city of Joliet IL or the city of Waterloo IA, the hiring party will need to provide payment for travel to and from the wedding location as well as lodging in some cases.

Other Circumstances and Rates
When Lodging is Required
Lodging is required in two circumstances:
When the event takes place outside the state of Iowa
When the event takes place more than a two hours drive from the city of Joliet, IL
If you would like to arrange lodging for me, that is acceptable. If you would not, an additional charge of $150/night will be added to your invoice.
When Travel Costs Need to be Covered
Travel Costs are required in two circumstances:
When the event takes place more than a one hour drive from Waterloo, IA
When the event takes place more than a one hour drive from Joliet, IL.
The cost added to your invoice will be one of two options, whichever is cheaper:
$0.40 per mile travelled to and from the event location from my home address
The cost of a round trip plane ticket to the event location
Deposit Requirements
To officially book a weekend with me, a 50% non-refundable deposit will need to be paid to the artist’s PayPal account.
In cases where lodging and travel are required, the lodging and travel costs need to be paid in full one month before the event takes place, with the rest of the hourly payment to be paid after the event takes place, as per the invoice sent by Anna Lea.
